Before You Book

What happens
on the first call.

Most people book these calls expecting a sales pitch. Ours run differently — here's what to expect so you show up prepared.

What should I prepare for the call?

Whatever you'd naturally share with a partner: your current site URL, your business goals for the next 12 months, any specific problems you want solved, rough budget if you have one. If you don't have any of these yet, don't worry — we'll ask questions that help you figure it out during the call.

Will you try to sell me something on the call?

No. The call is a fit-finding conversation. If we're a match, you'll get a written proposal within 48 hours after the call — never during it. If we're not a match, we'll tell you on the call and recommend someone better suited. We're confident enough in our work that we don't need to pitch in real time.

Is the call really free? What's the catch?

It's really free. The catch is that we only take 10–15 new project calls per month. If you're clearly not a fit (wrong platform, wrong budget, looking for something we don't do) we'll redirect you before the call so neither of us wastes time.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, and we have a standard mutual NDA we can send you before the call if you'd like. Most clients don't need one for the discovery conversation — we keep everything confidential regardless. For production work, NDAs, IP assignment, and full ownership transfer at launch are all standard in our contracts.

What if I'm just exploring and not ready to commit?

Still book the call. Most of our best clients started at "just exploring." The worst that happens is you leave with a clearer sense of what you need, free. The best is we become your team for the next five years. Either outcome is fine with us.

Do you work with international clients from the UK, US, or EU?

Yes — roughly 40% of our work is international. We handle contracts, NDAs, and invoicing in USD, GBP, and EUR. Timezone coverage is Lagos to London to LA. Our WhatsApp response is usually faster than a US agency's email reply, and we've been shipping international work since 2013.
