Really starting at. "Starting at" means a project that fits the standard scope we publish. If your project needs more (more pages, more integrations, more custom functionality), we price the delta transparently in the proposal before contract. 95% of our projects come in within 10% of the original quote.

Because our cost base is lower, not our quality. We're based in Nigeria, which means office rent, staff salaries, and operational overhead cost a fraction of what equivalent resources cost in London or Brooklyn. We pass that difference to you. The work itself is the same — same 13-year process, same senior developers, same Lighthouse scores.

Bank wire (USD, GBP, EUR, NGN), Wise, USDT/USDC for crypto payments, and direct NGN transfers for Nigerian clients. 50% deposit to start, 50% on launch. Enterprise tier projects can be split into 3 or 4 milestone payments on request.

Rarely. Our pricing is already engineered to be the best value in the market — not the cheapest, the best value. Occasional exceptions: non-profit discount (10% on all tiers), and referral credit ($500 off your next build when you refer a paying client). We don't do "first client" or "starter" discounts.

Anything that makes the site work better. That includes: conversion tuning based on real analytics, fixing edge cases that surface in production, adjusting copy/layout based on how users actually behave, minor new features that didn't make v1. It doesn't include: building entirely new pages, full redesigns, or major new functionality — those are separate project requests.

We can pause once, for up to 4 weeks, at no charge. Beyond that, we charge a reservation fee (20% of remaining project value) to hold your slot. Projects paused more than 8 weeks are re-quoted at then-current rates.

We don't resell hosting — but we'll set you up on the best hosting for your specific build (usually Cloudways, Hostinger Business, or Kinsta depending on traffic and budget). You own the hosting account, not us. We handle the configuration as part of launch.

Yes, but we'll do a Site Takeover Audit first ($200, refunded if you become a Care client) to assess the current state and make sure we can realistically support it. Some inherited sites are so poorly built that care is just firefighting — in those cases, a Rescue or Redesign is the better path.

After the 50% deposit, the first phase (discovery + design) is fully refundable if you're not happy with the direction — minus a small discovery fee (typically $300). Once development begins, work completed to that point is non-refundable, but we'll hand over all work product so you can take it to another developer.
